Meet the Team
Kande Koogle Milano, MA, LPCC
Creative Community Events Coordinator (she/her)
Karascope partners with Sleepy Turtle Design Co. to offer thoughtfully designed, hands-on workshops. These community events are meant to offer a welcoming place, where beginners and self-described non-creatives can slow down, build confidence, and reconnect with their innate creative spirit.
Sleepy Turtle Design Co. is the brainchild of Jodi Sexton, a creative maker with a lifelong passion for paper crafting, scrapbooking, art journaling, rubber stamping, and crochet. Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity is a meaningful practice—one that invites reflection, presence, and personal growth.

Karin Maney, MBA, SHRM-SCP
Executive & Transformational Life Coach (she/her)
Strategy and soul, practical tools, steady support, and a calm, honest presence for people navigating leadership growth, a spiritual reset, or personal breakthrough.
“Bringing my curiosity, experience, and trusted intuition, I help clients met their challenges with clarity, courage, and grounded action. Together, we’ll work to create change that actually sticks, so you can live the truest version of who you were created to be.
I support people who are in a ‘tear it down and rebuild it’ season spiritually. No judgment, no pressure, no pat answers, just real support as you sort through what you believe, what you’re releasing, and what you want to carry forward.
I passionately support LGBTQIA+ individuals, and help parents who love their queer kids deeply but feel torn by faith, culture, or fear. Together, we honor your lived experience, unlearn what harms, and clarify how to connect with compassion, courage.”
